What is the process for ordering stationery?
1. Fill in the ‘Contact’ form on the website, or drop me an email.
2. I will get back to you within two working days to discuss your requirements and provide you with a quote.
3. If you’d like to go ahead, a 30% deposit is required to lock in your order.  Once your final designs have been approved, the balance is due prior to final print.

When should I place my order?
The following times are estimates only, however as a general guide;
Please allow 4 - 12 weeks for completion of your suite, depending on the design and how quickly proofs are approved.

Is there a minimum order?
For digital print stationery, there is no minimum order.
For letterpress and foiling invitations, a minimum order of 60 is required.

What if I have a rush order?
I am generally able to accommodate rush requests, however under some circumstances this may not be possible. Please email me at info@ratanjirani.com for further information or to request a rush order.  Please note, an additional order fee of 35% will be applied.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes I do! I am based in Sydney Australia, but I serve clients globally and more than happy to ship worldwide.  All orders are shipped with tracking, insurance and require a signature upon delivery
You will be responsible for any duties/taxes applicable upon arrival of the parcel, so please check if these apply to you before you order.
